Sandwich Mix-ups


Who doesn't like a good sandwich!?

Sandwiches make for a healthy meal but not when they're loaded down with lots of mayonnaise and cheese. So the next time you make a sandwich skip the unhealthy condiments and instead use an avocado. Spreading a quarter cup of avocado on your bread will make your sandwich taste great plus it has healthier fat and less calories.

Healthy alternative:

Asian Chicken Wrap – Create a tasty wrap by combining hopped roasted or
smoked chicken, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chow mien noodles, and
teriyaki sauce.

Veggie Wrap – Enjoy a tasty veggie wrap filled with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, diced cucumbers, alfalfa sprouts, sliced mushrooms, strips of green peppers, and slices of red onion, topped with light ranch dressing. (Hidden Valley Light Ranch is the best I have tasted)
