Would you be interested in doing a walking group the next 10 weeks? We would start on Saturday, April 2nd and go until around Saturday, June 11th.
I would like to get opinions and finalize it all. Here are some thoughts:
We walk on Wednesday evenings and we weigh in, get a weekly challenge, share something motivating and walk on Saturday mornings. The goal would be to make sure we get at least 2 days of exercise in and push eachother to do our best! There are several different locations we could walk at so it does not get to repetitous. What do you think?
