Back to the food journal....


Write down what you’re eating.

If you remember .... this was one of our points. A food diary is a research-proven weight loss technique!! If you’ve never kept a food journal before, start by logging food, calories and portions. If you have logged food calories before, start again to track what you’re eating and how much. Researchers say keeping a food diary helps you get back to being accountable. It raises awareness and gets you focused on eating healthier foods.

All you have to do is "google" Food Journal and you'll find 209,000,000 hits. Now if you can't find a journal that fits you...then I just don't know what to tell ya! Well...maybe one more thing....go to the Dollar Tree, buy a cute notebook and just start with a pen and paper.

Positive mantra: I overate for a day or two and am getting back to my healthier habits.
